「Welcome to our second opening!」

Hello! We'd like to announce that we are holding our second opening now! This opening will be from January 1, 2017 to January 31, 2017. Like the previous opening, we will be doing app checks. App checks will be from January 1 to January 24.

Please read through all the journals before submitting your application for an app check! In order to get an app check, please send A-H00ly-Tea a note titled "App Check" with the link to the application. We have a Discord chat ready so we can give tips and answer questions. If you're interested in joining the server, please click here.

If you're interested in joining our group, please fill this form and comment below to reserve a character! However, please be aware that this reservation is just a way for us to keep track of who's interested and what division someone might want to join.

Enrollments will close on January 31, 2017, giving you a week to fix your apps after app checks. If you have questions, feel free to ask! ALSO: For those who are already in the group, and wish to create a second character, feel free to do so! Please remember that all the rules still apply, and it is recommended that you still ask for an app check. If you are already a member and would like to join with a second character but don't have time to make it for this opening, you can submit your application to the group whenever! Just keep in mind that we only offer App Checks during openings so you will not be able to receive an App Check unless it's during an opening.

When you send the Join Request to the group, be sure to include BeGentle2k17 in the request; not the app itself.

Please keep in mind that you should send your apps (does not have to be complete if you don't think you can make it in time; you don't need the art portion for app checks) in as soon as possible. You only get a week after the app check period to fix it, so it is best for you to send it in early so the admins will respond more quickly. It does sometimes take half a day for one app check as we try to be as thorough as possible.

▌ B O N U S O P P O R T U N I T I E S

In Ai-Honey-Tea, you can earn ‘money’ by drawing art or rping. This money can be used to buy special cakes at the shop! Advertising for the group beforehand will give you some extra money before the group even opens! This will only apply to those who get in however, and advertisement can be done through journals, polls or other sources of social media. The promotion must be made solely for Ai-Honey-Tea however, so please refrain from including other subjects such as contests, raffles and etc.

If this rule is not followed, we will not count your journal or poll as a promotion.

Simply mentioning the group itself and what it’s about exactly will count as a promotion. The amount of money you earn will vary (¥ 20 - ¥ 80), depending on how long the journal or poll has been up, and the contents of the promotion. Please do not delete the promotion until we notify you.
